Shanghai Beiwen Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1972 as the predecessor of Shanghai Nanhui Orchard Valve Factory. At that time, it introduced A27W spring relief valve designed by the former Soviet Union and its brand was Fruit Valve Brand (Gf).
In 2005, the company changed its name to Shanghai Beiwen Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and started the certification work of the national special equipment manufacturing license, and won the national certification smoothly.
In 2008, in order to expand the scale of operation, the enterprise relocated to Fengxian May 4th Highway and re-conducted the certification work. Based on the professional production of safety valves, the company continuously improves the process, improves management means, and gains industry recognition through integrity, strength and product quality.
Advanced production equipment has created brand image. Modern manufacturing equipment is the fundamental guarantee of product quality and also provides strong production capacity for the company. Hundreds of processing equipment, such as world leading horizontal and vertical machining centers, CNC numerical control lathes, large horizontal boring machines, large vertical lathes, as well as automatic plasma welding machine and gas shielded welding machine, supersonic spraying equipment, have been introduced successively. There are dozens of inspection equipments, such as loss detection, German spectrometer, coordinate measuring instrument, ultrasonic thickness gauge, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, metallographic analyzer, Richter hardness tester, universal impact test, tensile test, fire resistance test, advanced valve pressure test bench, etc.
